Then integrative health is the answer for you. Integrative health is determined to combine all aspects of healing (i.e. physical, psychological, social and spiritual), in order to establish an internal and external balance. Below, is a short compilation of integrative modalities; who knows maybe one is for you?

1. Be Set Free Fast (BSFF): Dr. Larry Nims created a system in which muscle energy testing can eliminate emotional distractions and balance the subconscious mind.

2. Creative Energy Therapy (CET): With the usage of the Pendulum Dowsing for energy testing, Dr. Mary “Mo” Wheeler is dedicated to clear any energy disturbances. This methodology is a blend of eclectic energy and spiritual based techniques.

3. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT): Ordained minister, Gary Craig, created quick and easy self-treatment to eliminate energy disturbance causing emotional distress, with the finger tap acupuncture.

4. Healing Touch: The human body is believed to be comprised of energy fields (auras) and energy centers (chakras). Janet Mentgen, RN has established an energy-based approach to healing using the hands to identify and clear energy disturbance; done with or without direct hand touch.

5. Jin Sho Do Acupuncture: This practice of acupuncture, utilizes the practitioners fingers instead of needles. The idea is to poke, not massage, focal point of the human body.

6. Quantum Touch: Quantum-Touch is a method of natural healing that works with the Life Force Energy (LFE) of the body to promote optimal wellness. Life Force Energy, also known as “chi” in Chinese, is the flow of energy that sustains all living beings. Quantum-Touch teaches us how to focus, amplify, and direct this energy, for a wide range of benefits with surprising and often extraordinary results.

7. Reflexology: Reflexology is an alternative method, which focuses on massaging, and applying pressure to key points of an individual’s feet, ears, and hands. This practice is designed to enhance other the patient’s body balance and general health.

8. Reiki: There are two forms of Reiki; traditional and western. Traditional Reiki involves the specific teachings of the founder, Mikao Usui. On the other hand, the western focuses on fixing ailments and/or reaching a higher level of atonement.

9. Self Wellness Energy Evaluation Technique (SWEET): uses muscle testing or dowsing to identify the presence and nature of energetic disturbances in the biofield/aura. Upon completion, an appropriated mode of is selected and then applied.

10. Thought Field Therapy (TFT): Also known as, Callahan Techniques, TFT, incorporates finger tapping in specific areas. Each emotional problem is dealt with a specific tapping rhythm.
